The Taro silent linear switch is the newest MX style silent linear switch made by HMX. Different from previous HMX silent switches, the Taro switches come with a MX stem and a double-shot stem as a better silencing mechanism. These switches are perfect for daily typing duties and office work. They are silent enough not to bother your colleagues, and the bottom-out feel is not mushy, which means they won't bother you either. You can enjoy a quiet and mushy-free typing experience with these switches. Factory Lubed: Yes! Stem legs and stem sliders are covered with a very thin coat of 205g0. The spring and leaf are lubed with dry film.
